Children’s Outreach Project is licensed to serve up to 120 students at one given time. Services with our school are contracted on a first come, first serve basis. A waiting list is kept when there are no openings available. When an opening does occur, the families on our waiting list are contacted first.

A non-refundable registration fee may be submitted to save the next available opening for your child. After notifying you of availability, your child must be actively enrolled within one week. If you choose not to enroll your child within that time, you forfeit your registration fee and the next family on the waiting list will be contacted.

Registration Process
All current and incoming students are required to complete a registration form and pay a registration fee. Before attending school, all families are required to complete new paperwork, and attend an intake session During the intake, families are informed of any changes in C.O.P. policies and are provided with an opportunity to ask questions about the school or the admission process.

In the cases of new students or students who are moving into a different classroom for the fall session, families will be introduced to their child’s new teachers and classroom as well. This process provides each child with a level of comfort and familiarity so during their first day of class, they know they are safe.

Documentation Required
Families of all students must provide the school with the following information:
Current immunization records, current proof of physical examination, ongoing medical records/orders, legal documents/custody arrangements documentation, IEPs or doctor/therapist evaluations (if applicable).

Parents are responsible for updating information as needed and supplying the necessary medical information within 14 days of enrollment. Immunization records must be presented at the time of enrollment.

ALL INFORMATION IS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND CONFIDENTIALITY. INFORMATION WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE FAMILIES OR GUARDIANS.

Volunteer Commitment
Parents are required to participate in a minimum of two activities per year. Some of these options include classroom activities, field trips, and family gatherings at the school. Each family is required to participate in at least two of the four fundraisers each year. This helps us keep our tuition costs down.
