Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County

Founded in 2004, the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC) is a coalition of public and private agencies working together to improve coordination and enhance capacity of services for young children and their families.

Qualistar
Children’s Outreach Project is a Qualistar rated site. Each year, Qualistar Colorado, an organization working to improve the quality of early childhood programming within the state of Colorado, issues an assessment of our critical program areas and then develops a quality improvement plan that outlines opportunity areas and strategies for improvement, benchmarks for success, and overall outcome measures. Our willingness and enthusiasm to participate in this program exemplifies our commitment to quality and building school readiness in our young students. We are proud to be the first child care site in Adams County to receive the highest quality rating of 4 Stars.
